What name will appear on my credit card statement?

Your card will be discreetly billed as "O2 Cleveland" along with our contact phone number. Your banker or credit card company will not know what you paid for.

I don't have a credit card, or I don't believe in using credit cards, or I don't use credit cards for online purchases, can't I just pay you cash at the door?

We realize there may be many reasons you cannot or choose not to register with your credit card, however in order to be fair to all our members and guests we ask that you register this way. Discretion is very important to us and our members and we want to make sure that everyone who registers is serious about attending. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

What happens if I have to cancel and want to attend a party on another date?

Your membership will begin on the date of the party you attened. If you cannot make it to the event you paid for, we will allow you to exchange your ticket for a party of equal or lessor value. However you must attend within 30 days of the date of the party you initially missed.

I've paid my membership fee online, How do I pay my party fee?

Your party fee is paid at the door in cash or credit card.

I plan on coming with another couple, do I still have to register online and pay the registration fee?

If you are arriving with that couple we will allow you to register at the door. However we encourgae everyone to register ahead of time to ensure a smooth check in process.

We want to use fake names when we come to the club, can we just use those names to register?

You are welcome to use whatever name you want when interacting with other couples at the club. However, in order to be fair to all our members and guests, we ask that  you provide us with your real names when you register. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

I don't have a Driver's License, can I still get in?

We realize that there may be some circumstances in which you may not have a driver's license. We also accept a State issued photo ID, Military ID, Passport or some other official ID or document with your name, picture and birth date.

I joined last week, last month, last year as a single but now I want to bring someone, or I joined as a couple and now I want to come as a single, is that OK?

We realize that sometimes things don't work out between people or you meet someone you'd like to share the Eros experience with. We do make exceptions for this. However, each time your membership status changes, we ask that you go through the entire registration process again. This includes submitting your new registration information and pre-paying your registration fee. It just makes things so much easier doing it this way.

I accidentally paid my registration fee more that once, what should I do?

We apologize that happened! We can either credit back the overpayment or we can just apply the overpayment to your door fee, just let us know which you prefer. In the absence of your indication one way or the other, we'll just credit your overpayment back to your card. Credits take anywhere from 7 to 14 days to process.

I tried to pay my registration fee but the transaction was declined. When I checked with my bank they say the payment went through. What does that mean?

When you register, the information you enter must exactly match the records your bank has for that card. This includes, name, address and phone number associated with the card. When you enter the incorrect information your bank tells ours that the money is available but the information entered is incorrect. We want to make sure your card is not being used fraudulently so our bank declines the transaction for your protection. The transaction on "hold" by your bank will eventually be released and no money will be transferred to ours. In order process the transaction completely, you will need to enter the correct credit card information.
